Ok

Well, My mammogram was fine. I have cysts. Dr said it was no big deal.

So I am starting my half marathon training today. I have to get in 4 miles. I am also doing CLX Burn It Off/Recharge. I am gonna get my treadmill out for my short runs. I can't always got somewhere to run so that is the plan for now. I hope everyone else is doing great!

Inches Lost

I think I actually forgot to post about it last week, but I did measurements again and am happy to report that I have lost another 5 inches in this round. I have only lost 1 lb, but the inches are still moving so that is great. I am at a place were part of me would love to loss about 10 more pounds, but at the same time I can't help but be happy that inches are coming off, which is really all that matters! So I guess what I am trying to say is that as long as i am losing inches I am not as worried about the scale!

Well I guess I will tell everyone, I have been completely off the wagon for about the past 5 days. I found a lump in my breast on Thursday and it had me so freaked out I just couldn't function. I literally had a melt down. And I know this is nuts, because there are so many things that it could be that are nothing. But I still was very worried. But I went to the dr yesterday and she thinks it is nothing. But I still have to go have a mammogram on Wednesday. But like I said, my Dr thinks there is nothing to worry about.

But it also made me take a long look at what really matters to me. I do want to be healthy and fit, but it can't take over my life and I can't be so concerned with being perfect! But it also made me see that if there is something I want to do in my life I should just DO IT! So Friday I signed up online for a personal trainer certification course, which has been a quiet dream I have had, but never thought I could do. So I just decided that I am gonna do it! I always thought it would be stupid for me to spend the money because the need for them here is not as big as in large cities or whatever, but I just feel like if I do it, they will come!

Super excited...

ok guys! I am so super excited today! I signed my second beachbody coach and will be and Emerald Coach by Monday! She is just as on fire as I am and I think together we can do great things!

Today I did CLX Push 2 and I ran 2 miles. I decided to add some cardio to my weight training days. And I am gonna do another half marathon in November. So I have to get back to running along with my CLX and Insanity. I have had a really great few days and am doing so great!

If any of you out there think you might be interested in being a beachbody coach, let me know. I can walk you through it and be there every step of the way! I love doing it and am already making enough money to pay for my Shakeology every month plus some! So I am thrilled that in 6 weeks I have gotten this far. So thanks to everyone who has supported and and reads my blog! I love you all!

Needed dynamite under my bed....

Ok well this morning did not go so well....ugh...I have been getting up every morning for a week between 5:30 and 6am and getting my workouts in. I also started my Insanity month 2 and CLX Hybrid on Monday. So Monday I get up at 5:30 and get with it, I do CLX Push 1 and it is awesome...granted its a little short in comparison to Insanity, so I decided I would add in my Insane Abs on my Push days. So Tuesday I get up at 5:30, jump up out of bed and go for my Max Interval Circuit..Ok so I burned like 700 and something calories that day..it was unreal. So Wednesday comes and I get up again at 5:30 and do CLX Push 2 and Insane Abs.. Still got a great burn and really enjoyed it. So fast forward to today....

So my alarm goes off at 5:30...I turn it off..It goes off again at 6, again I turn it off, then it goes off at 6:15. So I drag myself out of bed this time, the whole time thinking "I don't wanna work out, I wanna SLEEP"...But I go and turn on Max Cardio COnditioning...The Month 2 equivalent of Pure Cardio (which me and Laura both called nick named "pure hell")..so I start off and I will say my heart just wasn't in it. I rested alot and then was mad at myself because I only burned 378 calories. So I paid for not pushing myself, but at least I did do it...

So then I proceed to get ready to go take the kids (ALL 3 of them) to finish up our school shopping. As I am getting ready my 2 year old decides to grab my curling iron and burned to fire out of her hand. So I spent an hour holder her while she cryed trying to figure out what to put on her little burned hand. I ran cool water over it and luckily a girl from church was here and called her mom (who works in the medical field) and she said to put ice on it and sent over some silvadine cream. So after we put the cream on and wrap it up good, I am thinking about calling off the shopping trip and Cheyanne is crying "no moma, me go, me go, me go" So needless to say we went on to town to finish up our shopping and she is fine. Aside from the big blister on her thumb you can't even tell it. So I think she is ok.

Now to add in the potty training, with her thumb hurting she can't pull her panties up so when she goes to potty she yells at me to help her pull up her panties..its actually really cute. She says "momma me oww oww owww". SO anyway, I guess overall it turned out to be a pretty good day , but it sure did start out rough..

CLX/Insanity Hybrid

Today started my CLX and Insanity Hybrid. Today was CLX Push 1, and it is a little differant than the burn circuits. You lift heavier weights and do less reps. I like it for sure. Lifting weights makes me feel so strong! So tomorrow I will hitting an Insanity month2 workout. Kinda dread it and look forward to it at the same time.

I am really enjoying getting up at 6am and working out, it makes me feel awesome to know that by 7am my workout is done and I don't have think about it again. I just feel pumped to start the day. The only issue I have noticed is that it takes a little longer to get my heart rate up. So I don't burn quite as many calories. But I think I will adjust to that eventually.

Oh and my clean eating is going good, I am enjoying it and hoping to continue to lose weight!

Saturday...family reunion

Hi guys, well my clean eating is still going good. Yesterday was a tough one though. I guess you could say I had a "cheat afternoon". I was at a family reunion and had intended to try and not eat, but I ended up helping cook, so I just nibbled here and there and then had a couple of peices and fried fish and hushpuppies. But its ok, we had a great time visiting family and I totally enjoyed myself so no big deal! On the other end of that though I did get up yesterday morning and run 3.4 miles so I did at least get in my cardio, and that makes me happy!

On the other hand we has a awesome family reunion with lots of people we hadn't seen in ages. It was a great time and I got to see my BFF for the first time since Feb. which was awesome. I miss her so much!

Accountability

Ok guys you have to help keep me working out. I had a few lazy days this week and I was really mad at myself about it. But I decided I was gonna have to try to be they type to work out early because I have too many things that get in the way later in the day. SO the last 2 days I have gotten up at 6am and got my workout in. It is hard for me to get awake, but at the same time once I do I feel so good, because its done, I don;t have to worry about it all day long or try to figure out where I am gonna fit it in. So anyway, so far so good.

Today was CLX Burn 3. I really like all the weight training. Oh and I think I forgot to tell you guys, I broke my plateau, finally. I am now at 163. Which makes extremely happy.

Tomorrow morning i will be staying with some family and i have been worried about how I will get in a workout. But I am thinking I may just get up at 6am and run. That way I would get in some cardio, but wouldn't have tp drag anything with me. So I guess that is the plan. Hope everyone has a great weekend. I am attending my grandpa's 80th birthday party along with a big family reunion. I am really excited to see all these new people.

Shoulder better...

Well, I think my shoulder is better. Its still a little sore, but today is the beginning of recovery week. So I think it will be ok to workout.

So today starts my Insanity recovery week. I am ready to get it over with and hit month 2. But i will also be doing chalean extreme this week along with my reovery week. So hope everyone is having a great day!

Shoulder Strain....ugh

Ok remember my last post about feeling frisky and working out like crazy, well I guess I was a little too crazy. I strained my shoulder and have been having to take off from the weights and workouts until it is better. It is a little better today and I think I am gonna just start my recovery week early cause I don;t think the stretching stuff will hurt it. But everything is going great besides that. I have eaten pizza a few times when I wish I hadn't but I still didn't do too bad on calories. So anyway, just wanted to update you guys! Hopefully my shoulder will be all healed up and feeling better soon.

Oh but on a happy note, I HAD to buy a new bathing suit. Mine old one was a tankini (?) and was a large. I was swimming with the kids the other day and had and insident so to speak. And my oldest son was like "uh mom you really need a smaller bathing suit...yuck". So yeah, a boobie fell out..Oh well he is my kid, its not like he hadn't seen it before, but he definantly didn't want to see it..lol...So I went and got a new one yesterday and guess what size I got...Yeah...The top is an 8and the bottoms are a 10...I was super excited!
