Just wanted to post right quick. I know I don't get on here much anymore, but I just don't think about it. Basically I have learned something about myself that is good news. I had been training for my half marathon for a while and I did it and was so proud. I had a great time, but after I got home I sortof went a little food crazy. I was still running, but eating everything that wasn't nailed down...and some things that were. lol. Anyway, so for about a month I ran about 5 times a week and ate everything. Well then I started not being able to sleep and I stopped running cause I just felt like crap. Well I continued eatng everything and in 2 weeks I have gained like 7lbs. It is nutssssss. So I realized that when I get to a weight that i am happy with or more appropriatly a "size" I am happy with I should be able to just eat and run and not have to stress too much about the food. Which in case you can;t tell that makes me very happy!!!! I HATE worrying about my food all the time it drives me nuts. So anyway now to get to the actual point of this post.
I have purchased the INSANITY workout DVD set by Shaun T. I am so excited for it to get here. I will try to post some before pics and maybe that will make me stick to it. I think it is what I need to get this last 10 to 20lbs off. So I will check back in soon as soon as I get it and get started.
